A flat fee of $200 is charged to Corporate members who wish to display at Breakout Day, Shooting Day, and/or the Tourism Destination Station.

VENUES - As if the Resort doesn't have enough to keep us busy, our preliminary agenda includes an afternoon/evening at Adventures on the Gorge overlooking the New River, and a Shooting Event/Breakout Day at the Summit Bechtel Reserve, the nearly 11,000-acre home of the Boy Scout Jamboree. One of many choices for Saturday afternoon is hiking at nearby Little Beaver State Park. The Park has more than a dozen easy to moderate trails ranging from .25 to 2.6 miles.

SESSIONS - Sessions will include informative round-tables with area experts discussing all things Southern West Virginia Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow:  The History of Coal Country and Its People; How Snow-skiing, Rafting, Rock Climbing, and Mountain Biking Compete With Screen Time; All About the Newly Designated New River Gorge Park and Preserve, and more:

• ATV Safety and Southern West Virginia Trails Programs

• Bear Hunting With Dogs

• Giving Back:  Teaching Kids to Fish at the Glade
